FAQ - TICKETS

Unfortunately we cannot accept pre-orders. Tickets are available in presale and/or at the box office, as long as the event is not sold out.

Online tickets: It is fine to present the ticket as a .pdf on a mobile phone. A paper printout is not necessary.
Attention #1: Purchase confirmations, invoices or receipts are not tickets - only the ticket with the corresponding QR code is a ticket!
Attention #2: Make sure you have access to the .pdf on site (correct link? internet connection?).

Hardcover tickets: The hardcover ticket must be presented in the original form. We do not accept copies, scans or photos.

Resale of online tickets:
Caution: Don't buy tickets via intermediate purchaser (e.g. Viagogo). Validity of tickets cannot be guaranteed.

If an event takes place as planned, the tickets cannot be exchanged or returned (no distance selling contract within the meaning of § 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 9 German Civil Code).

Tickets for postponed events remain valid or can be returned where they were purchased.

Tickets for cancelled events can be returned where they were purchased.

MINIMUM AGE

Minimum age for admission at CLUBNIGHTS is 18 years (all events from 10pm or later!)! No exceptions! No escorting by parent or legal guardian.
CONCERTS (anything that ends before midnight) are often subject to different entry restrictions. In the individual events, we refer to the minimum age or link to the relevant information from the respective organizers. Please inform yourself - for some concerts you need to be at least 16 years old (without exceptions or Muttizettel etc.).

Children are only permitted to enter if they wear appropriate hearing protection.

In general babies or infants under the age of 6 are not allowed.

ACCESSIBILITY

Gretchen is wheelchair accessible. Formerly existing steps in Box1 (large floor) and to Box2 (small floor) were replaced by built-in ramps in 2021. The entrance area has a mobile ramp. The wheelchair-accessible restroom is located behind the stage. Please just ask at the entrance or at the bars for the key procedure.

An accompanying person receives free entry.

DISCOUNTS

We often offer for our own events discounted tickets to give people with less money still access to culture. These quotas are limited and only available at TixforGigs. We trust in your self-assessment: If you can, please book standard tickets and leave the reduced tickets to those who have to save money at the moment. With the supporter ticket you help us to offer these reduced quotas.

Holders of a 'Berechtigungsnachweis' (Ex-Berlin-Pass) or persons who recieve social welfare (income support) receive on our own productions a discount of approx. 25% of the ticket price at the box office. Does not apply to sold out events.
